High Viscosity Three Shafts Mixer (Vacuum Type)
Applications:
Even distribution and mixing of highly viscous materials, such as resins, paints, ink, PU resin, silicone gel, cosmetics, food materials, ointments, and many more.
Feature:
※The 3-shaft agitator is designed for agitating highly viscous materials with poor fluidity. The central agitating shaft features anchor-shaped blades with Teflon scrapers which scrap the side and bottom of the drums the shaft rotates. The high-rpm agitating shafts on both sides rotate on independent motors. The blades are gear-shaped. The number of blades on one shaft may be increased depending on the viscosity to be processed. Each of the three shafts is provided with its own frequency converter to regulate how fast the shaft rotates in a stage-less fashion.
※The arch-type double hydraulic shaft structure features an upper agitator seat that hydraulically controls upward and downward movements. The vacuum pump is located on top of the upper seat and connected to the vacuum cap. The bottom of the agitator drum is provided with wheels to allow the drum to be moved in and out of position. As a result, agitation is possible by rotating multiple agitation drums. As the drum is positioned under the shafts, two fixing pins hydraulically controls and steers the drum into position. The top cover is aligned symmetrically with the drum to keep the drum from shaking during agitation.
※The viscosity to be processed ranges from 30,000 to 200,000cps, and up to 500,000cps if heating system and vacuum system are provided.
